- Give my staff the ability to schedule: If you would like your administrators, office staff, or colleagues to schedule video visit events on your behalf, contact your organization’s Primary Contact for Service (PCS). If you are the PCS for your organization, you can add users through this process.

All individual health care providers should use a ONEID credential as your OTNhub account to access OTNhub services.

How do I bill for video visits via OTN?
Patient care through video visits is billable through OHIP. Physicians submit their bills for video visit consultations directly to OHIP. There is no cost to patients for video visit services.
As a Physician, when your application is accepted, OTN will forward an OHIP Registration form for completion, which is required to enable video visit billing. Please complete and return when provided.
For more information on OHIP billing, get the details here.
Are there any limitations on where I or the patient need to be to conduct a video visit?
You can conduct a video visit from anywhere in Ontario where a high-speed internet connection is available. Patient encounters must be conducted from inside the province of Ontario as mandated by the Ministry of Health (both the patient and the provider must be physically within Ontario at the time of the video consultation).
How do I get started with Video Visits?
Helpful resources to get started with Direct-to-Patient Video Visits, Hosted Video Visits, and Provider-to-Provider Video Visits can be found in the OTNhub Training Centre.
